Reflection Sciences

Reflection Sciences provides tools for assessing and improving Executive Function (EF) skills in early childhood and across the lifespan.  EF skills include paying attention, utilizing working memory to reflect before acting, self-control, delaying gratification, and cognitive flexibility.  EF skills in children are predictive of career success, health, wealth, and well-being in adulthood.  

Venn is interested in making a PRI to Reflection Sciences to support the deployment its patented Minnesota Executive Function Scale (MEFS™ App) tablet assessment and related services, first to the 5,500 children served directly in Head Start programs managed by Acelero Learning, second to the 30,000 children served through Acelero’s Head Start partners, and then hopefully to the national Head Start network.
