Venn’s PRI will offer concessionary working capital to Revel Group to help positioning itself for scale and eventually attract conventional financing by expanding and building out its recently leased event space, floral studio and warehouse space; purchasing inventory; purchasing a high roof van for deliveries; and developing training programs for its employees. 

The primary purpose of Venn’s PRI is to promote the social welfare by bringing economic development to a corridor along Central Ave. in northeast Minneapolis that eliminates prejudice and discrimination, and prevents further deterioration of, catalyzes investment in, and brings additional jobs to the neighborhood.
